My apologies about the small image! You will need:- dye in a color of your choice (I used red)- a tub or large container- warm water- salt- white article of clothing (I used a men’s v-neck shirt)- gloves!
1. Pour dye into tub of warm water and mix as directed. I only used about half of the dye in the packet because I wanted to get a pink color rather than a red.2. Hang damp shirt on a hanger, and dip shirt about 3/4 of the way into the dye. Let it sit for a minute, and wring out the extra dye.3. Dip shirt  back in to the dye, but this time only 1/2 of the way. Let it sit for a minute or two so that the dye will go on a deeper color.4. Wring out the excess dye, and rinse tshirt in warm water until water is clear.5. Hang dry and enjoy!PS- DO NOT put in the dryer (even if you are super desperate to wear it like I was) until after you have washed in warm water and salt because the color will spread onto the white portion of the shirt! I found out the hard way..credit: http://apair-andaspare.blogspot.com/2011/12/diy-bec-bridge-inspired-ombre-tee.html
